Semester pilot

Try it for a semester. Decide on the data.

A structured, outcome-tracked evaluation at $7.50 per student — half the annual rate, with the full fee credited toward a renewal if you continue.

How the pilot works

One semester, one to three teachers, an easy way out.

Pilots run 16 to 18 weeks with 1–3 teachers and 50–200 students. The rate is $7.50 per student for the semester, versus the standard $15 per year — and if you renew, 100% of the pilot fee credits toward your first annual contract.

Setup is a Clever or ClassLink roster sync plus a 60-minute onboarding webinar, with day-one go-live. Support is email with a two-business-day response and on-request check-in calls. If it isn't working, cancel with 14 days notice — no renewal obligation.

What success looks like

Three written reports. Three angles on whether it's working.

At weeks 4, 8, and semester end we deliver a written report to your pilot coordinator covering learning outcomes, teacher adoption, and equity movement — the evidence a renewal decision actually needs.

Learning
  • Placement delta (assessment 1 → assessment 2)
  • Skills mastered per student
  • Standards mastered per class
  • Per-skill reading proficiency change
  • Voluntary vs. assigned practice ratio
Teacher
  • Assignments created and completed
  • Questions flagged by per-question analysis
  • Practice-vs-test alerts (students strong in practice but weak on tests)
  • Survey: "would you keep using this?" (1-5)
Equity & MTSS
  • Achievement gap change (baseline → end)
  • Subgroup mastery comparison
  • Tier 1/2/3 movement
  • Intervention fidelity + outcomes
What we need from you

A coordinator, a roster, and an hour of PD.

Name a pilot coordinator — an admin or lead teacher who owns the rollout. Give us roster access via Clever, ClassLink, or CSV, and 30 minutes for a launch PD session with your teachers.

Optional but recommended: a 15-minute weekly check-in call, and permission to survey participating teachers once a month. That's the whole ask.

When things happen

From contract signed to renewal decision in 18 weeks.

Here's the week-by-week shape of a typical pilot — signed in week 0, first report in week 4, final report and data export by the end of week 18.

Week 0
Contract signed, DPA reviewed, roster synced
Week 1
Launch PD (60 min), students take the Grow
Week 2–3
Teachers assign first standards, students build practice habit
Week 4
First interim report delivered
Week 8
Mid-pilot report + teacher survey
Week 12–14
Second assessment window
Week 16–18
Final report, renewal decision, data export
